I also focused on telling the stories of the Romagnolo personalities who impressed me most, from the great Tonino Guerra to more recent figures such as Samuele Bersani, a renowned singer-songwriter from Cattolica. Finally, I collected a series of recipes that guests at my hotel greatly appreciate and often ask us about, including ingredients and preparation.
