Prices vary depending on the period, availability, length of stay, room type and board option: B&B, HB, FB or ALL INCLUSIVE.

Prices are per day, per person, for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Prices and discounts

  • Room with private bathroom (shower box), hairdryer, safe, direct telephone, fan and air conditioning (on request) with individual control, LCD TV and mini fridge.
  • Wi-Fi and internet point.
  • Air-conditioned lobby and dining room.
  • Buffet breakfast, buffet of vegetables and starters, choice of meat or fish menus.
  • Full board begins on the day of arrival with lunch and ends on the day of departure with breakfast, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Beverages with main meals (still or sparkling water and local DOC wine — Trebbiano and Sangiovese — or soft drinks)
  • Beach service, consisting of 1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds (from the 4th row) at our partner beach establishment (different rows may be requested by contacting the beach attendant directly to check availability and rates)

  • The tourist tax, which will be calculated at the time of the quote.

  • Children sharing a room with 2 adults (single-room accommodation):
  • from 0 to 1 year: free
  • up to 2 years: -70%
  • from 3 to 8 years: -50%
  • from 9 to 14 years: -30%
  • 3rd and 4th bed: –10%
Half Board: – €5.00 Bed and Breakfast: – €10.00

  • Air conditioning in the room (on request): €5.00 per room per day if not included in the All Inclusive package.
  • Seafront room: + €6.00 per person per day.
  • Beach towels: + €2.00 per change.

Info and conditions

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

  • To confirm the booking, a deposit is required, as specified in the quote.
  • In case of cancellation 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded; after this date, it will be retained.

Check-In and Check-Out

Rooms are available for arriving guests by 1:00 pm. Departing guests are required to vacate their room by 10:00 am.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is €2.00 per person per day for the first 7 days. It does not apply to children under 14 years of age. It is not included in the prices shown above and will be added to the final bill.

Early departures

In case of early departure, one day of full board will be charged.

Meals not consumed

Are not deducted, but if desired, packed lunches will be provided as a replacement.

Parking space

Parking and garage are free of charge until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and for stays of at least 2 days.

Four-legged friends

Small pets are allowed on request. A supplement may be required.
